Kay Marlene “Molly” (Drumheller) Veramonti, 87, of Bridgeport PA, passed away peacefully on Friday November 25, 2022, at Freedom Village in Coatesville, PA. Molly was born in Boyertown, PA on September 29, 1935, to the late Jacob and Gussie (Keifer) Drumheller and was the wife of the late Merrill J. Veramonti, who died in 1972. She lived in Bridgeport for over 45 years where she raised her two daughters Shelly and Kimmy.
A lifelong Philly sports fan, she also enjoyed cheering for her Penn State Nittany Lions alongside her friends and loving partner of 40 years, the late Michael Barnosky. Molly loved snowmobiling, vacations at the beach with her family, holiday gatherings, and her Friday nights at Chick’s Tavern. Molly will be most remembered as a loving and enthusiastic Mom Mom & GiGi to her 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grands.
She is survived by her loving family: daughter, Kimberly Dodds (Douglas); son-in-law, Robert Sheehan; brother-in-law, Frank Veramonti (Noreen); four grandchildren: Chelsea Sheehan (George Luster), Nora Sheehan (Tim Anderson), John Dodds and Julian Dodds; two great-grandchildren, Ivy Lane Luster and Rhys Coleman Anderson; as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her devoted daughter, Rachelle Marlene (Shelly) Sheehan; and five older siblings: Ruth, Mae, Grace, Ralph and Joan.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb Street, Bridgeport, PA on Saturday, January 7, 2023, from 10 to 11:00 am; with her Memorial Service starting at 11:00 am.
