Kevin G. Bastian

Kevin G. Bastian, 61, of Oreland, PA passed suddenly on October 21, 2020. Kevin was born on February 7, 1959 in Abington, PA and raised in nearby Willow Grove. He was pre-deceased by his loving mother, Bernadette Bastian (nee Cunane). He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret “Peggy” (nee Devlin). He is survived by his loving sons Sean and Dylan, his dear brother Drew Bastian (Nancy Hobbie) and cherished sister Wendy Bastian and his beloved cousin Jimmy Kearney, his wife Ginny and family. Kevin is also survived by 13 wonderful nieces and nephews. Kevin was a master carpenter and craftsman for 30+ years. He established his business on a foundation of high-quality workmanship and integrity. He will always be remembered for his kindness and willingness to help his friends, family and neighbors. His work was always in high demand, especially on Meadow Lane. In addition to work, Kevin loved working on cars and dreamed one day owning a corvette. A visitation will take place on Friday October 30, 2020 at Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home: 507 West Ave., Jenkintown, PA 19046. The family will be receiving relatives and friends from 9:30-11:30 AM. Following the visitation, there will be a graveside service at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery for anyone wishing to attend at approximately 12:15 PM. Social distancing and wearing masks will be observed at the funeral home. Family and friends are asked to enter the main entrance at West Ave. and Cedar Ave., pay their respects and exit by the Parking lot door to allow others to enter the building.
