Krysten P. Laib

Krysten P. Laib, 45, of Jenkintown, PA passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in Philadelphia. Krysten was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 30, 1971, the daughter of Kathleen Kelly. She was a member of Immaculate Conception BVM Church in Jenkintown, PA 19046. She was working as an Uber Driver and nurse’s aid while she was preparing to go back to school to get her degree as an RN. She graduated from Montgomery County Community College and then from Temple University in 1994. Krysten was a member of the Timoney Dancers for several years and loved every minute of it. She was also a host mother for High School exchange students from Asia. Krysten is survived by her loving Mother Kathleen Kelly and her brother, Michael B. Laib. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Saturday, May 20th, 2017 at Immaculate Conception BVM Church 602 West Avenue in Jenkintown, PA. Family will receive relatives and friends from 9:00 to 10:20 AM on Saturday, May 20th at Immaculate Conception BVM Church in Jenkintown, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carson Valley Children’s Aid, Memo: Cynthia Robinson Scholarship Fund.
