Laura V. Folsom

Laura V. (Bolehala) Folsom passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, PA. She was 84. Mrs. Folsom was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked as a clerk for the Allstate Insurance Company in Valley Forge, PA, until her retirement in 1987. Laura attended Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. Born in Bridgeport, PA on November 19, 1924, she was a daughter of the late John W. and Bertha (Chmielewski) Bolehala. Surviving are her loving family including her husband of 50 years, Harry D. Folsom; a son, Mark Folsom of Fast Falls, PA; a daughter, Lisa Savage and her husband, Myron of Eureka, CA; four grandchildren: Elijah, Ethan, Elianna and Ean; two sisters, Dorothy Gelety and her husband, John of Orlando, FL and Joanne Kimbell of Berwick, PA; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Edward and Thomas. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 10:00am. Officiating will be the Rev. Msgr. John T. Conway, Pastor. Friends may call on Thursday morning from 9 to 9:50am, at the church.
