Linda Y. (Shemar) Keen

Linda Y. (Shemar) Keen passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Brightview Senior Living in Norristown. She was 73 years old. Linda fought a long, hard battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She grew up in Bridgeport, PA and was a long time resident of E. Norriton, PA. Linda was a member of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport. She worked as a Procurement Specialist in the steel industry, starting with the former Allen Wood Steel Co. and retired with Arcelormittal Steel. Linda enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, bird watching, trips to Ocean City, NJ, and just spending time with her husband, Paul.

Born in Norristown, PA she was the daughter of the late John J. and Rose A. (DeRosato) Shemar. Surviving is her devoted husband of 49 years, Paul A. "Sandy" Keen Jr. of E. Norriton, PA; two sisters, Diane Martin (Joseph) of Lower Gwynedd, PA and Pamela DeMitis (Wayne) of King of Prussia; a brother, Steven Shemar (Shelley Bower) of King of Prussia; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to Linda's viewing at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., (Rt. 202) Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Monday, September 29, 2025 from 9 to 10:25 am. Followed by her Prayer Service at 10:30 am. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Norristown, PA.
