Lisa A. Burke

Lisa A. Burke passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, surrounded by her loving family at Lutheran Community at Telford. She was 63. Lisa was a resident of Sellersville, PA. She worked as an office administrator for Volt Information Sciences for over 30 years, and most recently as an assistant designer for Shelley Enterprises of Telford, PA. Lisa was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Parish in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Born in Philadelphia, PA on February 15, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Martin L. Burke, Sr. and Helen V. (Heffernan) Burke. Surviving are two brothers, Martin L. Burke, Jr. and his wife, Sherry, and Brian J. Burke and his wife, Lucia; two nephews, Connor and Dylan; two nieces, Jessica and Jacqueline; and her two cats, Kip and Belle. Relatives and friends are invited to Lisa’s Funeral Mass at Epiphany of our Lord Church, 3050 Walton Rd., Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 10:30 am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lisa’s memory to the Philadelphia Art Museum at philamuseum.org and/or Stand up to Cancer at standuptocancer.org.
