Lois M. Kovack

Lois M. (Narum) Kovack passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. She was 77. Mrs. Kovack was a resident of Conshohocken, PA. She worked as a Senior Clerk for the former Bell Telephone Co. in Conshohocken, PA. Lois was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Bridgeport, PA. She was a good cook, was active in church functions and loved spending time with her family. Born in Centralia, PA on October 12, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Nelson O. and Mary E. (Shawver) Narum. Surviving is her loving family including her husband of 56 years, Robert M. Kovack; a son, Robert M. Kovach, Jr. and his wife, Denise, of Douglassville, PA; a daughter, Joanne Brown and her husband, Joseph, of Conshohocken, PA; eight grandchildren: Justin, Sarah, Rachel, Christopher, Theresa, Nicole, Danielle and Jennifer; five great-grandchildren: Skylar, Lexi, Connor, Zoey and Ella; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Wisniewski of Conshohocken, PA; three nephews and two nieces. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marianne McMichael; and a brother, Harold G. Narum. Relatives & friends are invited to Lois’ Divine Liturgy at SS. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 519 Union Ave., Bridgeport, PA on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Msgr. Dr. Ronald Popivchak. Interment will be in SS. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lois' memory to SS.
