Louis Charles Delisle

Louis Charles DeLisle, age 87, of Audubon passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Monday, February 20, 2017. He was born in Camden, NJ to the late Oliver and Kathryn DeLisle. He was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Church. Charles was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who was known for his dedication to his faith and his sense of humor. Charles also enjoyed sketching and it brought joy to his friends and family to have their homes sketched by him. Charles is survived by his wife of 62 years Elizabeth N. (Chando) DeLisle; 2 Daughters, Lisette D. Wagenseller (Sam) of Mesa, AZ and Michelle Short (Thomas) of San Juan, PR; 5 grandchildren, Amanda Weber, Roland Collins, Jennifer Schultz, Brad Collins and Melisa Perez; 6 great-grandchildren, Sydney, Devon, Haley, Avery, Ryan and Olivia; 2 sisters, Kathryn Hancock and Verna Riviello. Family and Friends are invited to attend a viewing from 8:45-9:45 followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 am on Friday, February 24, 2017 at St. Teresa of Avila Church 1260 S. Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA 19403. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Teresa of Avila Church 1260 S. Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA 19403.
