Lu P. Eadeh

Lu P. Eadeh passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 3, 2015, surrounded by her loving family at her home. She was 88. Mrs. Eadeh was a longtime resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked as a seamstress and was a member of the Valley Forge Presbyterian Church in King of Prussia, PA. Lu was also a member of the Women's Club of Upper Merion, Meals on Wheels, the 59ers, and the Upper Merion Senior Center. She enjoyed playing Bridge, knitting, volunteering, traveling and loved spending time with her family.Born in Palestine on June 25, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Helaneh (Kassees) Eadeh. Lu was the wife of the late Nasri H. Eadeh, who died in 1978. Surviving is her loving family including a son, Peter Eadeh of King of Prussia, PA; two daughters, Janan Turner and her husband, Creighton, of Gainsville, VA and Odette Daywalt and her husband, Keith, of Limerick, PA; 7 grandchildren: Dina, Damon, Jehan, Nicole, Kevin, Brian and Hana-May; 7 great-grandchildren; a niece, Helen Raum; and four great nieces. She was preceded in death by a son, John Eadeh; and a brother, Najib Eadeh. Mrs. Eadeh's family will receive relatives & friends at the Valley Forge Presbyterian Church, 191 Town Center Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 9 am to 10:50 am, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Blake Brinegar, Pastor. Interment will be private at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia, PA.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lu's memory to Neighborhood Meals on Wheels, P.O.
