Lucia Ann Burke

Lucia Ann (Palonicola) Burke passed away peacefully on Friday, June 4, 2021, surrounded by her family at her home in Plymouth Meeting, PA. She was 56. Mrs. Burke worked in Accounts Payable for businesses in the area. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Plymouth Meeting. Lucia enjoyed drinking tea and family vacations down the shore. She was a very encouraging and loving mother who loved watching her sons play sports. Most of all, Lucia loved spending time with her family-it was the most important thing to her! Born in Bryn Mawr, PA on April 8, 1965, she was a daughter of the late Geremio Palonicola “Jerry Nicola” and the late Julia Marie (Gambone) Palonicola. Surviving is her loving family including her husband, Brian Burke; two sons, Connor Burke and Dylan Burke; brother, Jerry Palonicola; sister, Maria Palonicola; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Lisa Burke. Relatives and friends are invited to Lucia’s viewing at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb Street, Bridgeport, PA on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 9 to 10:00 am; followed by her Prayer Service at 10:00 am. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia.
