Giggino

Luigi “Giggino” Bifulco passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. He was 67. Giggino was a resident of King of Prussia, PA, and a member of Holy Saviour Church in Norristown, PA. He came to America with just his suitcase in order to pursue the American dream. Giggino ran a successful tile business, the Luigi Bifulco Ceramic Tile Co., with his son, Gennaro coming to work with him in 1998. He was known for his hard work, perfection and dedication to his craft. In 2003, Giggino started Atlantis Tile and Marble with his son. Giggino loved traveling back to Montella and spending extended time with his family, who awaited his return as much as he did. He had a huge passion for cooking all things Italian, gardening, the Napoli soccer team, and spending time with his family, especially his two grandchildren Mia and Elena, who were the absolute light of his world. Giggino adored teaching them about their Italian heritage, picking vegetables from the garden, cooking together and showing them he sometimes knew more than their father.

Born in Montella, Italy on October 5, 1955, he was a son of the late Gennaro and Caterina (Bozzacco) Bifulco. He is survived by his loving family including his wife, Vincenza (Capone) Bifulco; a son, Gennaro (Lauren) Bifulco; a daughter, Caterina Bifulco; two grandchildren, Mia & Elena Bifulco; three sisters: Flavia Bifulco Vitale, Teresa Bifulco and Maura Bifulco (Giuseppe Angelucci); and many other loving family members.

The family will receive relatives & friends at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., Bridgeport, PA on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 6 to 8:00 pm; with a Prayer Service starting at 8:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Giggino’s memory to Holy Saviour Church, 407 E Main St., Norristown, PA 19401.
