Madeline "Judie" Judith Disanto

Madeline “Judie” Judith (nee Marcus) DiSanto passed away peacefully, on Monday October 30, 2023 at Einstein Montgomery Hospital in East Norriton, PA surrounded by family at the age of 84. She was a long-time resident of Bridgeport, PA. Judie graduated from Woodbury High School in 1958, and was a self-employed business owner of Madeline Rose Rings-n-Things in Booth’s Corner Farmers Market. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and was a dedicated homemaker. Judie loved to travel with her husband of 58 years, Peter A. DiSanto, Jr. and enjoyed spending time at their shore house in Villas, NJ. Judie was known for her sense of humor, quick wit, and sarcasm.

Born on September 16, 1939 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Max and Madeline (nee Paluch) Marcus.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by a son, Vincent DiSanto (Sherry); daughter, Marissa DiSanto; 2 grandchildren: Isabella Louise and Max Atlee; sisters: Debbie Eichman and Kimberlee Gerland (Tim); Sister-in-laws: Rosemary Marcus and Joan Marcus. Preceded in death by 2 brothers: Gerald “Gerry” Marcus and Robert Marcus, and brother-in-law, James Eichman.

Relatives and friends are invited to Judie’s visitation, at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory Ltd., at 805 DeKalb St. Bridgeport, PA, on Monday November 6, 2023 from 6:00-8:00pm.
