Mae Ann (Bartel) Peel-Schwenke

Mae Ann (Bartel) Peel-Schwenke passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Bryn Mawr, PA. She was 92. Mrs. Peel-Schwenke was a resident of Boothwyn, PA. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and playing cards with family and friends. Born in Shennandoah, PA on May 4, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Anna Bartel. She was the wife of the late Clarence L. Peel, who died in 1958, and the late William S. Schwenke, who died in 1989. Surviving is her loving family including three sons, Robert J. Peel and his wife, Joanne, of Wayne, PA, Edward Peel and his wife, Joan of Havertown, PA and Donald Peel and his wife, Janet, of Stevens Point, WI; a daughter, Audrey L. Greco of W. Chester, PA; 15 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.Mae's Funeral Service will be held at Valley Forge Presbyterian Church, 191 Town Center Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 10:00am. Officiating will be the Rev. Donald Wassinger, Jr. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday morning from 9 to 9:50 am, at the church. Interment will be in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia, PA.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mae's memory to the Hospice Program at Bryn Mawr Hospital, 130 S.
