Marcella T. Mitchell

Marcella T. “Molly” Mitchell age 84 of East Norriton passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2015 peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Bryn Mawr to the late Francesco (Chick) Moscia and Rosina (Rose) Filipone Moscia. Preceding her in death is her husband, William R. Mitchell, a sister, Evelyn B. Beatty and a brother, Andrew Moscia. Marcella is survived by 2 brothers, Battisto and Nicholas Moscia (Rebecca); and one sister, Anita Moscia. Marcella is also survived by her daughter, Margaret Mitchell and 2 sons, Richard Mitchell (Sonya) and William Mitchell. Marcella has 4 grandchildren, Tyler, Crystal, Harrison and Hailey, and 1 great granddaughter, Sophia.   She was a member of St. Titus RC Church where she was involved in the Christmas Bazaar, Seniors Club, Ladies Auxiliary, Legion of Mary and Solidarity. She also enjoyed hobbies such as sewing, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend a Viewing and Funeral Mass 10:00 AM Friday, September 18th at St. Titus RC Church, 3006 Keenwood Rd. East Norriton, Pa 19403. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 10:50 AM at the church. Mass will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Titus Church. Arrangements entrusted to Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home.
