Obit Margaret Christine Bozzelli - Peggy Born to Norman Jacob Speier and Margaret Stuart Speier, Peggy prided herself in being a Southampton girl her whole life. She is survived by her two sisters, Norma Speier Woolever of Stroudsburg, PA (husband Ed Woolever) and Patricia Speier VanCadsand of Churchville, PA (husband Adri VanCadsand); and her four children, daughter Karen Freedman (husband Tom Freedman and Peggy's grandchildren Krista Burkholder, Gretchen Burkholder, Paul Burkholder, Brian Freedman, Kevin Freedman, Katie Freedman-Dougherty), daughter Margaret Ruth Harris (deceased husband Earle Harris and Peggy's grandchildren Melissa Harris Leib and Kate Harris Sussman), son Norman Thomas Johnson-Medland (wife Glinda Johnson-Medland and Peggy's grandchildren Zachary and Josiah Johnson-Medland) and Glenn David Medland (wife Sue Driscoll Medland and Peggy's grand children Patrick, Emily, Mollie, Ben and Sam Medland). Peggy is survived by eleven great-grandchildren Meghan Schmidt, Caroline Schmidt, Courtney Schmidt, Charlie Gray Burkholder, Brianna Sass, Izzy Sussman, Penny Sussman, Hudson Gray Sell, Kennedy Freedman, Carson Freedman, and Alessandra Freedman . She was predeceased by two husbands, Thomas Gray Medland and Allen L. Bozzelli. Peggy led a vibrant and busy life involved in Church, Scouting, tutoring, Youth Group, Needlework Guild over the span of her life - to name a handful of her endeavors. She had her own seamstress business when her family was still young, and several banking jobs once her children were older. Peggy will be remembered for her quick wit and practical jokes, her compassion for people at the edges of life, and taking great pride in her friends and family. Memorial Service will be held at Lehman Memorial UMC, 300 South York Road, Hatboro, PA. Sunday 29 April 2018 at 2:00 pm. Family to receive guests at 1:30. Light reception to follow at church.
