Margaret Rose Kampf

Margaret Rose Kampf, 87, of Croydon, PA passed away suddenly on Friday, December 30th, 2022, at Jefferson Frankford Hospital. Margaret was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 21, 1935, a daughter of the late Harriet (Hargraves) and Owen J. Sharkey.

Margaret was the devoted and loving wife of William for 69 years. She was a 42-year employee of the U.S. Navy as a payroll dispersing officer, allowing many sailors to get the entitlement they deserved as they moved to their next port of call. Margaret was a devoted catholic and a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, William, Sr.; son, William Jr., and his wife Eileen; grandchildren, William Owen (Linda), Jeffrey Michael (Brigitte) and Nicholas John (Sara),  great grandchildren, Kaiya, Audrey, Madeleine, Aria, and Aiden.

She is predeceased by her daughter, Margaret Fettes.

William, her cherished husband, passed away on November 21, 2023.

Family and friends are welcome to Margaret and William's visitation on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 10:00-11:00 am, followed by a memorial service starting at 11:00 am, both held at the Hoffmann Meyers Givnish Funeral Home, 1770 Brown Ave., Bensalem, PA 19020.
