Marianne (Lucas) Loughran

Marianne (Lucas) Loughran passed away peacefully on Friday, June 20, 2014 at the Chester Valley Rehab & Nursing in Malvern, PA. She was 80. Mrs. Loughran was a resident of Malvern, PA and was formerly of Collegeville, PA. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Eagleville Hospital. Marianne was a member of St. Patrick Church in Malvern, PA. Born in Yatesboro, PA on December 17, 1933, she was a daughter of the late George and Anna (Ronto) Lucas. She was the wife of the late James E. "Jim" Loughran, who died in 2003. Surviving is her loving family including six children: Margaret L. Lynch and her husband, Sean, of Malvern, PA, Mary P. Loughran of Wayne, PA and Maureen Loughran of Greenwich, CT, James P. Loughran and his wife, Ebru, of Collegeville, PA, Joseph F. Loughran of Malvern, PA and John E. Loughran and his wife, Carrie, of Jeffersonville, PA; six grandchildren: Brendan, Emmet, Erin, Alexander, Emily & Lara; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Lucas.Marianne's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Church, 104 Channing Ave., Malvern, PA on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 11:00 am. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 10 to 10:50 am, at the church.
