Marie T. Paschall

Marie T. "Terese" (Hanlon) Paschall passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Season's Hospice in Phoenixville, PA. She was 85. Mrs. Paschall was a resident of Pottstown, PA and was previously of Bridgeport, PA. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Bridgeport and then for Montgomery Hospital and Sacred Heart Hospital, both in Norristown, PA. She later worked as a Director of Nursing and then a Nursing Home Administrator at Morris Manor. Marie was a member of the former St. Augustine R.C. Church in Bridgeport, PA, the AOH in Swedesburg, the women’s auxiliary of Bridgeport Fire Co. #1, and the Senior Circle of Phoenixville Hospital. She enjoyed dancing, was an avid reader, loved going to Cape May, NJ, and never missed watching Jeopardy. Born in Paoli, PA on March 7, 1931, she was a daughter of the late Merrill and Marie V. (McGee) Hanlon. Surviving is her loving family including a daughter, Lisa M. (husband, Charles) Jack of Schwenksville, PA; four grandchildren: Calvin (girlfriend, Kate Casciotti), Graham (partner, Justin Cumens), Charles (wife, Samantha) and Chelsea (boyfriend, Darren Corson); four great-grandchildren: Isaac and Grace Paschall & Connor and Lilian Jack; a brother-in-law, Nino Gulotta; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by a son, Albert F. Paschall, Jr.; and a sister, Elizabeth M. Gulotta. Relatives & friends are invited to Marie’s viewing on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 1 to 3:00 pm, at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 600 Hamilton St., Norristown, PA on Monday, January 30th at 10:00 am. Interment will follow the Mass in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Marie’s memory to the Diakon Adult Day Services at Manatawny Manor, 30 Old Schuylkill Rd., Pottstown, PA 19465.
