Marilyn J. Bunch

Marilyn J. (Strawbridge) Bunch passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at Frederick Living in Frederick, PA. She was 85. Mrs. Bunch was a former resident of King of Prussia, PA. Marilyn was an Executive Secretary for the former Arkwright Boston in Malvern, PA. She was a member of Trinity Church in Gulph Mills, PA and the Upper Merion Senior Center. Marilyn was a mentor in the reading program at the Upper Merion School District and volunteered at the Valley Forge National Park. Born in Columbia, PA on January 14, 1931, she was a daughter of the late James H. and Mildred C. (Wallick) Strawbridge. Her husband was the late Robert E. Bunch, who died in 1986. Surviving is her loving family including 2 sons, R. Jeffrey Bunch and his wife, Maria, of Pennsburg, PA and R. Andrew Bunch and his wife, Victoria, of Albuquerque, NM; 3 daughters: Barbara A. Bunch of Downingtown, PA, Melissa S. Bunch and her husband, Frank DeBiasio, of Malvern, PA and Amy H. Weston and her husband, John, of Schwenksville, PA; 10 grandchildren: Jonathan (Heather), Kim (Brandon), Annabelle, Nicole, Ben, Brittany, Bobby A., Tara, Bobby J., and Jean; a great-granddaughter, Melia; and a great-grandson, Julian; and many nephews and nieces. Marilyn was preceded in death by 2 brothers, James and Jack Strawbridge; and a sister, Jeanine Hinds. The family will receive relatives and friends at Trinity Church of Gulph Mills, 966 Trinity Lane, King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 10 to 10:50 am, with her Memorial Service immediately following at 11:00 am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Valley Forge Park Alliance, 1400 North Outer Line Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
