Marilyn Dorothy Reynolds

Marilyn D. (nee Drach) 69, formerly of Philadelphia, passed peacefully on October 18, 2016. Marilyn was the beloved wife for 49 years of Peter. Loving mother of Mark (June), Thomas (Joanna), Lisa Rodgers (Edward) and the late Peter J. (Survived by Beverly). Devoted Grandmother of Alex, Noelle, Eddie, Julia, Caroline, Quinn, and Adelaide. Also survived by her Sister-in-law Monika Drach. Marilyn always loved being around children. She provided childcare at home, served as the crossing guard for St. William’s School for over 13 years, and later worked assisting children with special needs. Spending time with her grandchildren was especially dear to her, and they all loved being with Nanny. She enjoyed many years of traveling with her husband Pete, especially to Las Vegas and the beach, and was always eager to return to her canine companions, Rosie and Madison. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on October 29, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. William Church, 6200 Rising Sun Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19111.
