Marion (O'Hara) Alburger passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. She was 88. Mrs. Alburger was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked as a supervisor for Burlington Industries and Lees Carpets in the Valley Forge office. Marion was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. She was a graduate of the John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls' High School and she still enjoyed spending time with her sorority sisters. Marion also enjoyed reading and going to the beach, especially in Sea Isle City. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 11, 1928, she was a daughter of the late William T. and Catherine V. (O’Brien) O’Hara. She was the wife of the late William G. Alburger, Sr., who died in 2006. Surviving is her loving family including a son, Robert Alburger and his wife, Gabrielle, of Phoenixville, PA; two daughters, Carol A. Rorick of Norristown, PA and Karen A. Koenig and her husband, Richard, of King of Prussia, PA; eight grandchildren: Kristin, Kimberly, William III, Russell, Nicole, Allison, Brian and Cassidy; one great-grandson, Brendan; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by a son, William G. “Billy” Alburger, Jr. Relatives & friends are invited to Marion’s Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 10:30 am. Officiating will be the Rev. Martin T. Cioppi, Pastor. Her viewing is Wednesday from 9 to 10:20 am, at the church. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, W. Conshohocken, PA.
