Marion V. (Millhouse) Young

Marion V. (Millhouse) Young passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Paoli Hospital in Paoli, PA. She was 89. Mrs. Young was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked as a customer service representative for the former National Liberty Insurance Co. in Frazier, PA for 25 years. Marion was a member of the Bridgeport Fire Co. #1 Ladies Auxiliary and the Upper Merion Senior Center.Born in W. Conshohocken, PA on September 5, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Albert F. and Margaret (King) Millhouse. She was the wife of the late Roy "Hap" Young, who died in 1989.Surviving is her loving family including two sons, William R. Knoeller of Lower Pottsgrove, PA and Gloria K. Knoeller and Rory W. Young and his wife, Karen of Bridgeport, PA; a daughter, Joyce C. Hankin and her husband, Brian of King of Prussia, PA; six grandchildren: Brian, Tim, Kristin, Kari, Mark & Chris; eight great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert & Charles Millhouse; and four sisters: Katherine LaFontaine, Florence Jacquot, Doris Cunnane and Joan Hadfield. Relatives and friends are invited to Marion's Funeral Service at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202) Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 10:30 am. Her viewing will be Thursday morning from 9 to 10:20 am, at the funeral home.
