Marjorie E. H. Hadley

Margorie E.H. Hadley, daughter and only child of the late Herbert Hart and Mildred Byrnes Hart passed peacefully at home on Monday April 19th after a short battle with cancer. Marjorie was born and grew up in Norristown attending St. Patrick’s School and Bishop Kenrick High School. In her youth she was involved in tap and ballet as well as playing the piano. On December 27th 1969 she was married to John “Jack” Hadley beginning their fifty one year marriage. For the next several years Marjorie was a service wife accompanying Jack during his service in the U.S. Navy. Following discharge the couple returned to Norristown where Marge was employed at ICI Americas and Micro Coax from which she retired several years ago. For the past twenty five years the couple has resided in Lower Pottsgrove Twp. Marge loved her many nieces and nephews, her special dogs, camping, annual trips to the shore and going to the casinos with her special friends. Marge leaves behind her brothers in law Blayne (Renee), Keith (Lynn) and their children and many cousins. She was predeceased by Jack’s youngest brother Dennis. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing from 10 to 11 am Monday, April 26, 2021 followed by a service at 11 am at Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home, 101 N. Park Ave. (Rt 363 Trooper) Eaglevillle, Pa. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery.
