SKILTON MARK E., Nov. 25, 2009, age 34 of Center City, formerly of Mechanicsburg, PA. Son of Harry and Ann Skilton, brother of Ellen Skilton-Sylvester and Paul C. Skilton. Friends are invited to a Memorial Service at the Broad Street Ministry, 315 S. Broad St., at 4 P.M. on Thurs., Dec. 3. Donations in Mark's memory can be made to the Broad Street Ministry for their mental health counseling center.
