Marshall L. Fraizer, Sr. passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2018 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He was 69. Marshall was a resident of Norristown, PA. He worked for Lower Merion Township in the Parks and Rec Department. Born in Lewisburg, Tennessee on November 27, 1948, he was a son of the late Neill Scott Fraizer and Edith Irene (Fishburn) Fraizer. He is survived by his wife, Linda M. (Branca) Fraizer and many other loving family members. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
