Mary V. (Melchiorre) Camarda

Mary V. (Melchiorre) Camarda passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at her residence in King of Prussia, PA. She was 89. Mrs. Camarda worked as a clerk for the Courts at the Montgomery Co. Courthouse in Norristown, PA, until her retirement in 2002. She was a member of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport, PA. Mary was an avid bowler.Born in Norristown, PA on January 30, 1926, she was a daughter of the late John and Lena (Mattiola) Melchiorre. She was the wife of the late Cosmo E. Camarda, who died in 1983.Surviving is her loving family including three sons: Dennis C. Camarda of Phoenixville, PA, David M. & Helena Camarda of King of Prussia, PA and Kenneth J. Camarda of E. Norriton Twp., PA; a daughter, Rachel Camarda of King of Prussia, PA; six grandchildren: Christopher, Amanda, Leslie, Dennis, Daniel and Curt; seven great-grandchildren: Lexi, Alex, Timmy, Sharayah, Stella, Audrina and Vienna; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by a sister, Thelma Tornetta. Relatives & friends are invited to Mary's Prayer Service at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 10:30 am. Her viewing is Tuesday from 9 to 10:20 am, at the funeral home.
