Mary R. Ciaccio

Mary R. “Honey” (nee Cicala) Ciaccio, passed away peacefully, Thursday October 26, 2023, at Brandywine Living at Senior Suites in East Norriton, PA. She was 96. Mary was a resident of King of Prussia, PA for many years. She was a member of the 3rd order of the Franciscans and a BVM Sodality at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Mary was the wife of the late Anthony J. “Tony” Ciaccio, who passed away in 1995.

Born on November 18, 1926, in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine (nee Manderachi) Cicala.

Surviving is her loving family including sons, Francis J. Ciaccio of Jeffersonville, PA and Thomas J. Ciaccio of King of Prussia, PA; daughters, Marianne M. Riker of Sanatoga, PA and Joanne M. Drzewicki (Bruce) of Royersford, PA; 5 grandchildren: James, Christine, David, Rachel and Monica; 2 great grandchildren, Joshua and Madelyn; Brother, Anthony Cicala (Amy); Sister, Antoinette Cicala. Mary is preceded in death by a son, Anthony J. Ciaccio Jr. and 2 brothers, Joseph B. Cicala and Benedict Cicala.

Relatives and friends are invited to Mary’s viewing on Thursday November 2, 2023 from 9:00-9:45am at Holy Saviour Church 407 East Main St. Norristown, PA 19401, with her Funeral Mass being at 10:00am. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mary’s memory to National Centre for Padre PIO, PO Box 206, Barto, PA 19504.
