Mary Dempster

Dempster Mary, 93, of Bensalem for 60 years, passed peacefully on March 29, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Manor. Mary was born on April 17, 1924 in Paisley, Scotland to the late James and Annie (nee Carrick) Hughes. She is also preceded in death by her husband for 69 years, Frank and her daughter, Anne Kustes. She is survived by her sons, John (Anne) and Brian (Beth); grandchildren, Jilien Gordon (Chad), Heather McCann (Jack), John Dempster (Kristine Johnson), and Emily Wilson; and great grandchildren, Erin, Arden, Lyla, Leah, and Kalina. Mary was a longtime member of the Neshaminy Activity Center for Seniors. Relatives and friends are invited to Mary’s viewing on Wednesday April 4, 2018 from 10 -10:50 AM and to her Funeral Mass at 11 AM, both at St. Katherine of Sienna Church, 9700 Frankford Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19114.
