Mary T. Gruber

Mary T Gruber (Regan) passed into God’s loving hands September 24, 2022, in the company of family.

Mary was born in Abington Hospital on October 16, 1939. Daughter of the late Margaret Kileen Regan and Owen Regan. Sister to Agnes Lalli, Owen, Jack, Tommy, Joan, and Peggy Regan.

Mary married Edward Gruber at Immaculate Conception Church on May 26, 1962. They later moved to Fox Chase Manor where they became members of Saint Hilary’s Parish. They celebrated 53 years of marriage before Ed’s passing in 2015.

Everyone enjoyed seeing Mary at New To You, the children’s consignment shop she owned and operated for over 25 years. You could always catch her listening to the Phillies game or Michael Bublé crooning the standards.

Beloved wife, Mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Little Sisters of the Poor.

Relatives and friends are invited to Mary’s viewing on Friday, September 30, 2022, from 9:15-10:15 am at St. Hilary of Poiters Church; 820 Susquehanna Rd., Rydal, PA 19046. Followed by her Memorial Mass starting at 10:30am. Interment will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Services have been entrusted to the Joseph McGoldrick Funeral Home.
