Mary Beth (Coscia) Palonicola-Nicola passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Season's Hospice in Phoenixville, PA. She was 56. Mary Beth was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She was a member of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport, PA, as well as a great supporter and dedicated worker of their annual feast. Mary Beth was also a sodality member with the parish. She attended Upper Merion Grade School and later went on to graduate from Upper Merion High School in 1976. After graduation she became employed with Sperry Unisys. She later moved on to become a pharmacy technician and owned King of Prussia's Chapel Pharmacy with a partner. Here she formed friendships while she touched many lives with her genuine gift of kindness and humility. After a number of years at Chapel Pharmacy, Mary Beth concluded her career as a technician with Acme Pharmacy in King of Prussia. We must say goodbye to a brave woman who fought a most courageous battle with breast cancer. Throughout this trial in her young life, Mary Beth thrived on her strong Catholic faith with grave dedication to the most Blessed Mother and her personal meeting with Mother Angelica of Hanceville, Alabama. Her prayers, no doubt, helped her through these last stages in her life. For those who knew her, second to religion was her love for the University of Alabama and their first class Athletic Department. She was dedicated to this program and took pride in her yearly visits to the Alabama Campus. Mary Beth formed genuine, lifelong friendships with her closest group of girlfriends, and they became known as "The Golden Girls." Born in Paoli, PA on August 14, 1958, she was a beloved daughter of Francis A. "Chubby" and Rose M. (Ballone) Coscia of King of Prussia, PA.
