Mary Therese Shelton, 74, of Claymont, DE passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022 peacefully, at Christiana Care, Wilmington, with family at her side. Mary was born in Chicago, IL on December 10, 1947, a daughter of the late Janet Frances (Lutkehaus) and George Perry Shelton. She was a long time resident of Jenkintown, a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School. She had worked as a corporate buyer at Zale Corporation. Mary was a talented needle point artist and enjoyed her summers in Stone Harbor, NJ. Most important to Mary was her close relationships with family & friends. Mary was the dear sister of Daniel, David (Elaine), Amy Lehman (Stephen), Julie, Christopher (the late Janis), Robert (Serena), George (Breda) and the late John (who is survived by Nancee) and the late Melinda Shelton. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and close friends. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 9:15 – 10:15 AM and to her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM, both on Monday, May 16, 2022 at Immaculate Conception BVM Church 602 West Ave. in Jenkintown, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The National MS Society PO Box #91891 Washington, D.C. 20090. Services entrusted to the Joseph J.
