Mary K. (Gregory) Stauffer passed away peacefully on Monday, July 25, 2011, surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Bridgeport, PA. She was 61. Mrs. Stauffer worked as a deli clerk for Genuardi's Food Stores in Chesterbrook, PA and also for Bottom Dollar in King of Prussia, PA. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Norristown, PA. Mary was an active member of the Montgomery Hose Co. in Norristown, PA, a former vice-president of the Norristown Fire Police, a member of the Fireman's Union Relief Association and a former member of the Norris Hose Co. She was also a Stony Creek Angler and an avid bowler. Born in Norristown, PA on January 30, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Howard J. Gregory Sr. and Eleanor K. (Ashmore) Gregory. Surviving is her loving family including her husband of 6 years, Daniel C. Stauffer; two sons, Wayne G. Holland of Limerick, PA and his former wife, Lisa of Cape May, NJ and Isaac J. Holland and his wife, Karin Purcell of Lansdale, PA; five grandchildren: Gregory, Michael, Mason, Raeann & Samantha; two step-daughters, Danielle L. Stauffer and Courtney J. Gray; three sisters, Ellen A. Hammond and her husband, Louis of Palm Bay, FL, Veronica Storti and her husband, Samuel of Trappe, PA and Teracina M. Wisser and her husband, Gerald of Gibsonia, PA; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by a brother, Howard J. Gregory, Jr.; and a sister, Patricia A. Reed.A Memorial Service for Mary will be held at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Friday, July 29, 2011 at 2pm.
