Maryanne Heffernan Davidson

MaryAnne (Heffernan) Davidson passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December, 2021, at her home in Bridgeport, PA. She was 65. MaryAnne worked as a secretary for Advent Electric and previously for TV Guide for over 30 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Bridgeport, PA, AOH-Ancient Order of the Hibernians, Bridgeport Elks Lodge and the Bridgeport Fire Company Auxillary. She was an ever-accommodating hostess of the Tuesday Night Ladies and the proud owner of MaryAnne’s Swim Club. Born in Darby, PA on December 2, 1956, she was a daughter of Mary “Norma” (Denobrega) Heffernan and the late Earl F. Heffernan, Sr. Surviving in addition to her mother is a son, Lucas A. Davidson; daughter, Carrie Davidson; and brother, Earl F. Heffernan Jr. and his wife, Charlene. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Susan Heffernan and Linda M. Amato; and a brother, James J. Heffernan. The family will receive relatives & friends at Sacred Heart Church, 120 Jefferson Street, Bridgeport, PA on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 9 to 10:20 am; with her Funeral Mass starting at 10:30 am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in MaryAnne’s memory to the Bridgeport AOH, 342 Jefferson St, Bridgeport, PA 19405; the Bridgeport Elks Lodge, 494 Ford St, Bridgeport, PA 19405; or the Bridgeport Fire Company, 72 W. 4th St, Bridgeport, PA 19405.
