Michael A. Dejesse

Michael A. DeJesse passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at his residence in King of Prussia, PA. He was 73. Mike DeJesse retired as an account executive for A T& T in Philadelphia, PA. He was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia. Besides spending time with his family and grandchildren, Mike had a passion for horses, he loved traveling to Florida in the winter and going to the Jersey shore in the summer. Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 25, 1937, he was a son of the late Michael and Anna (LaPalimenta) DeJesse. Surviving is his loving family including his wife, Elizabeth C. (McCleary) DeJesse; four daughters, Linda M. Belli and her husband, Jeff of Hohenwald, Tenn, Joann D. Jensen and her husband, Joe of Garnet Valley, PA, Gina M. DeJesse and her husband, Jeffrey Ward of Avondale, PA and Michelle A. Entress and her husband, Kevin of Margate, NJ; seven grand-children: Elizabeth, Joseph, Ryan, Kyle, Keenan, Jarret and Kevin II: a brother, Donald DeJesse and his wife, Patricia of Yorba Linda, CA; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. He was preceded in death by a sister, Matilda "Tillie" Verticelli. Relatives & friends are invited to his Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 10:30am. Officiating will be the Rev. Martin T. Cioppi, Pastor. Michael's viewing will be Thursday morning from 9 to 10:20am, at the church. Interment in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Marple Twp., PA.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael's memory to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of America, 555 North Lane, Suite 5010, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
