Michael J. 'Mick' Mcgrory

Michael J. "Mick" McGrory, Sr. passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. He was 72. Mr. McGrory was a resident of East Norriton PA. He was a retired florist who owned and operated the King of Prussia Flower Shop for 35 years. Michael was a member of St. Helena Church in Blue Bell, PA. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading and spending time with his family. Michael served in the US Army Reserves.Born in Bridgeport, PA on March 2, 1942, he was the son of Mary G. (Gillespie) Dougan of Harleysville, PA and the late John M. McGrory. Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife of 48 years, Eileen M. (Murphy) McGrory; three sons: Michael J. & Nichole McGrory, Jr. of Lederach, PA, Daniel T. & Natalie McGrory of Phoenixville, PA and John M. & Roseanne McGrory of Skippack, PA; a daughter, Robyn L. & John Mikulich of Chalfont, PA; nine grandchildren: Jake, Stephen, Audrey, Arianna, Trey, Ryan, Morghan, Keirhan and Braihdan; and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his father, John and his step-father, Donald W. Dougan. Relatives & friends are invited to Michael's Funeral Mass at St. Helena Church, 1489 DeKalb St., Blue Bell, PA on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 10:30 am. His viewing will be Wednesday from 9 to 10:20 am, at the Church. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.
