Michael J. O'Brien

Michael J. O'Brien Mr. Michael J. O'Brien, 58, of Tacony in Phila., PA., passed away Saturday, February 12th, 2011 peacefully . Mr. O'Brien was born in Phila, PA on November 27, 1952, the son of the late George L. and Catherine (Hughes) O'Brien. He was the Loving partner of the late Gail Simpson, Dear brother of Joseph L. O'Brien (Linda), Catherine F. Walsh (Rich) and the late Maureen Connors.  Dear Uncle of Tricia Bosak (Jay), Ginine Lloyd (James) and many other nieces and nephews.   Mike was a retired member of Local 30 roofers, an avid fisherman and a graduate of West Catholc High School. Family will receive Relatives & Friends Thursday 6-8 PM    at the Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home 6643-45 Torresdale Ave. Phila., PA 19135 and his Religious Service will be at 8 PM.   In lieu of flowers Donations in his memory to American Cancer Society 1626 Locust St. Philadelphia, PA 19103 appreciated.
