Michael J Semach

Michael J. Semach (age 85) of Audubon, PA passed peacefully on Friday, June 24, 2022 at Kindred Hospital, Havertown, PA. Born on September 16, 1936 from St. Clair, PA to the late Michael (Sr.) and Florence (Walawender), who passed shortly after Michael’s birth and was later raised by his step-mother, Elizabeth (Takach) and father. He is also preceded in death by his second wife, Adele (Perpetua) and a son from his first marriage, Kenneth. Prior to his retirement, he was an executive of operations and labor relations in the trucking industry and a graduate of Ursinus College. Michael was an active member of St. Teresa of Avila Parish and enjoyed traveling with Adele to Italy and Greece on several occasions. He loved watching Eagles and Penn State football games and visiting with friends and family. Michael is survived by 2 sons from his first marriage, Robert (Heather) and David (Kathy); daughter-in-law, Brenda (Kenneth); and 4 grandchildren, Aaron, Cara, Carl and Jake. Family and friends are invited to a visitation Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 8:45 to 9:45am followed by a funeral mass 10:00am at St. Teresa of Avila Parish, 1260 S. Trooper Rd., Audubon, PA 19403.
