Miriam C. (Post) Schildt

Miriam C. (Post) Schildt passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Brightview of E. Norriton. She was 89. Mrs. Schildt was formerly a resident of Chesterbrook, PA. She attended the First Baptist Church of Norristown. Miriam was an artist and painter.Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 14, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Robert I. and Miriam A. (Thomas) Post. She was the wife of the late John P. Schildt, who died in 1991. Surviving is her loving family including 4 sons: Robert J. Schildt and his wife, Virginia, of Denver, CO, Richard D. Schildt and his wife, Wendy, of Norristown, PA, John P. Schildt, Jr. of Butte, MN and Mark G. Schildt and his wife, Sharon, of Graterford, PA; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
