Nancy M. Coppola

Nancy M. (Sabella) Coppola passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Season's Hospice in Phoenixville, PA. She was 96. Mrs. Coppola was a resident of Wayne, PA. She worked in the financial department for the Wanamaker’s Department Store. Nancy was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, the 59ers Senior Group and the Professional Woman’s Group. During WW II, Nancy helped build Corsiar Fighter Planes. Born in Norristown, PA on September 27, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Guiseppe and Mary (Alba) Sabella. She was the wife of over 50 years of the late Joseph L. Coppola, Sr., who died in 2000. Surviving is her loving family including two sons, Ronald D. Coppola and his wife, Patricia, of Chester Springs, PA and Joseph Coppola, Jr. of Royersford, PA; three grandchildren: Ryan, Colin and Katie; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Sabella; and two sisters, Mary Cione and Lena Drzymalski. Nancy’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 11:00 am. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 10:30 to 10:55 am, at the church. Inurnment will be private at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia.
