Nancy L. Riggle

Nancy Louise Riggle, 71 Nancy Riggle passed away peacefully on December 27, 2016 from cancer complications in Port Orange, FL. She was born on March 17, 1945 to William and Anna Mary White in Abington, PA whom preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her loving sister, Mary White. She is survived by her brother, Thomas White, and his lovely wife, Marion White, whom she often referred to as "sis," both of Philadelphia. She is also survived by the love of her life, Donald Brennan, of Abington, PA. Nancy is the Mother of two children, Michelle Riggle-Teggeman of Kalispell, MT and Shane K. Riggle of Port Orange, FL. She also has a loving son-in-law, Christopher Teggeman, also of Kalispell, MT. Nancy has four beautiful grandchildren that she cherished with every breath; Shaylee Riggle, Kayla Riggle, AnnaBella Teggeman and Shane "Shaner" Riggle. Our Mother, our friend, our sister, our "Nana", she was all of these and more. She was a long-time resident of Central Florida and worked with special needs children for over 25 years. She was active with Special Olympics and loved basketball and "Gator" football. Nancy loved to travel and has been all over the world with family and friends. She was very proud to have hiked "the highline trail" in Glacier Park, MT., as she would say...."11.8 miles!!" She will be cherished forever in our hearts and missed by many. Family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, January 7 from 12pm-1pm and are invited to her memorial service at 1pm at the Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home 507 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA 19046. There will be a procession to Hillside Cemetery following the service, and a gathering at the VFW in Jenkintown between the hours of 3-5pm.
