Nicholas "Nick" S. Mirabile

Nicholas “Nick” Stephen Mirabile passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at Einstein Medical Center in East Norriton, PA. He was 77 years old. Nick was a longtime resident of Norristown, PA and a lifelong member of Holy Saviour Roman Catholic Church in Norristown. He worked in maintenance at Suburban Community Hospital for many years before he retired. Nick served in the US Army locally during the Vietnam War. In his younger years Nick was also a volunteer firefighter with Humane Fire Company in Norristown, PA. He volunteered at Southeastern Veteran’s Center in Spring City, PA as often as possible and would visit with his fellow friends and Veterans. Nick was also a longtime member of the Blue Comet Motorcycle Club in Skippack, PA. He was dedicated to honoring and remembering all Veterans. One of his favorite pastimes was taking his motorcycle out for a ride on a sunny day. He also loved spending time with his family & friends at the hunting cabin “Camp Tons of Fun” in the Pocono Mountains.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 3, 1947, he was a son of the late Cosmo and Ann (nee Prinzivalli) Mirabile. He was also the beloved husband of 54 years to Dawn L. (nee Husted) Mirabile.

In addition to his wife, Nick is survived by his son, Nicholas I. Mirabile (Felicia); daughter, Bridgett Mirabile; two grandsons, Anthony and Matthew; as well as many dear extended family and friends.

Services and interment will be private at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA.
