Paul Herschel Werner, age 76, passed away on July 11,2023 after a long illness.

Born in Reading, PA, Paul was the son of the late Thomas Christian Werner and Caroline Lutz Werner.

Paul retired from Bell Atlantic. He attended Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA and graduated from Governor Mifflin High School in Shillington, PA. He was an avid reader, loved anything to do with cars, and was a great storyteller.

Paul will be greatly missed by his wife, Mary; his brother, Thomas; and his children, Mary Hegge (Robert), Steven, Kristen Spear (Aaron), and Naomi Williams; as well as his three grandchildren, Benjamin, Meghan Hegge, and Charlotte Spear.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Meghan Bigham.

Funeral services will be private.
