Peggy G. (Huber) Cabot

Peggy G. (Huber) Cabot passed away peacefully on Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013, with her family at her side, at Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville, PA. She was 83. Mrs. Cabot was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Church in Audubon, PA and a former member of Mother of Diving Providence Church in King of Prussia. Peggy was a homemaker and later in life she worked for Chef Francesco Bakery until her retirement. She loved to crochet, garden and shop with her kids. Born in Norristown, PA on August 15, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Russell C. and Lillian M. (Streeper) Huber. She was the wife of the late Eugene D. ""Yoyo"" Cabot, Sr., who died in 2005. Surviving is her loving family including five daughters: Cookie (Richard) Brennan of Pottstown, PA, Pattie (Pasquale) DeTrano of Honey Brook, PA, Donna Jean (William Horvath) Cabot of Phoenixville, PA, Barbie (David Thompson) Cabot of Collegeville, PA and Vickie L. (Kevin) Austin of W. Norriton, PA; a son, Eugene D. (Sharon) Cabot, Jr. of Pottstown, PA; ten grandchildren: Richie (Susie), Tammy (Brian), Jonathan, Greta, Kim (Steve), Dana (Scott), Shannon, Michael, Jessie and Eugene III; six great-grandchildren: Harrison, Sarah, Tristin, Erin, Brandon and Addison; a brother, John (Frances) Huber of Norristown, PA; a sister, Loretta (John) Garges of Lansdale, PA; in-laws, Valentine (Frances) Cabot, and Anthony Cabot; many nephews and nieces; a childhood friend of 66 years, Grace Ciabattoni; and her beloved puppy, Bella. She was preceded in death by a brother, Arden Huber; a sister, Virginia Jones; and friends of 60 years, Jim and Theresa McCabe. Relatives & friends are invited to Peggy's Funeral Mass at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1260 S. Trooper Rd., Audubon, PA 19403 on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 10:00am. Her viewings will be Tuesday evening from 6 to 8pm, at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA 19405; also Wednesday morning from 8:30 to 9:45am, at the church. Interment will be in Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, PA.
