Peter G. Crescitelli

Peter G. Crescitelli age 86 of Eagleville passed away peacefully on Monday, October 24, 2022 at home with his family by his side. He was born August 10, 1936 in Philadelphia to the late Michael and Teresa Crescitelli. Also preceded in death by 3 sisters, Anne McCabe, Phyllis DeMattei and Lucille VanCamp.

Peter is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Anna Marie (nee Tornetta); 3 children, Michael (Maritza), Teresa Morella (Robert) and Paula Cardaci (Greg); 9 grandchildren; Peter Crescitelli, Shyloh Crescitelli, Taylor Dolan, Maria Morella, Gianna Morella, Alana Cardaci, Gregory Cardaci, Anna Cardaci, and Ava Cardaci.

Peter grew up in South Philadelphia and graduated from Northeast Catholic High School in 1954 and then started his career with the City of Philadelphia rising to Execute Director of the Board of Pensions before his retirement.

Peter was an avid bowler, accomplishing 3 perfect games in his league career and loved to play bocce with his buddies at the Elmwood Park courts. He was also a loyal sports fan to the Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles and Penn State Nittany Lions.

Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 8:30 -9:50 am followed by a Funeral Mass 10 am at Holy Savior Church, 407 E. Main St., Norristown, Pa 19401. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery.
