Philip Lee Downs, age 40, of Elkins Park, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 2nd, 2017. Beloved husband of Megan (nee Henofer). Loving father of Gauge Lee, Maeve Lynn and Tess Alana. Son of Walter P. Sr. and the Late Dolores A. (nee Grimes). Dear Brother of Walter Jr., Ginny Kearney, Ann Franchitti, Alicia Rosales, Matthew James and the late Barbara Ann Shaw. Son in law of James and Linda Henofer, Brother in law of Gail Guthrie and Jill Henofer. Family will receive relatives and friends on Friday June 9, 2017 from 9-9:50 AM and a Funeral Service will be at 10 AM both at St. James Church 8320 Brookside Rd. Elkins Park, PA. His interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Guage, Maeve and Tess Donation Fund at Wells Fargo Bank.
