Philip J. Mccabe

Philip J. McCabe, 79, of Jenkintown, PA formerly of Harrogate in Philadelphia, PA passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 21st, 2024 at his residence.

Philip was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 30, 1944, a son of the late Margaret (Mulholland) and Francis McCabe. He was preceded by his siblings Peter McCabe and Francis McCabe Jr.

He was the devoted husband of Kathleen M. (Levy) McCabe. Loving father to Kristi M. Madden (Daniel). He is the devoted Pop Pop of Maggie Rose Madden. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Philip was a current member of Immaculate Conception BVM Church in Jenkintown, PA.,former member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Philadelphia, PA. He was a very proud 1962 Graduate of Father Judge High School.

Philip was a former Grand Knight of the Holmesburg Knights of Columbus Council # 1284 and he was also known for being an HO Scale Model Train Enthusiast.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing from 6 PM to 8 PM on Monday, January 29th and from 9AM to 10AM on Tuesday, January 30th, both at the Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home 507 West Ave. in Jenkintown, PA. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at Immaculate Conception BVM Church 602 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA.

His interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, PA.
