Phyllis A. Burns

Phyllis A. Burns (nee Grill) passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Einstein Medical Center in E. Norriton, PA. She was 75. Phyllis was a native of Reamstown, PA and a resident of Trooper, PA. She worked as an RN for many years caring for others. Phyllis enjoyed her flower garden, going to the beach, reading, dancing, horses, and baking. Her biggest joy was snuggling and spoiling her four beloved grandchildren.

Born in Ephrata, PA on September 20, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Lena (nee Brubaker) Grill. Surviving is her loving family including her husband, Melvin S. Burns; two sons, Brian Burns and his wife, Kass and Brad Burns and his wife, Mandy; grandchildren, Evan, Miles, Colin, and Nora; as well as many other loving relatives and friends. Joyce O’Connor is a longtime friend who offered a lifetime of support and friendship.

Services and interment will be private.
