Raymond E. Scotti passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at his residence in King of Prussia, PA. He was 88. Mr. Scotti retired from Bethlehem Steel Company and then became the owner/operator of Scotti's Auto Repair in Swedeland, PA. He was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. Raymond was an avid golfer with the former Valley Forge Golf Club. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Born in Bridgeport, PA on December 28, 1928, he was a son of the late Michael E. and Mildred (Fusco) Scotti. He was the husband of the late Emma J. (Slavin) Scotti. Surviving is his loving family including a son, Raymond M. Scotti of King of Prussia, PA; five daughters: Debra M. (Carl) Fritz of Blue Bell, PA, Patricia (Mark) Balant of Honeybrook, PA, Mary C. (Pete) Conway of Tampa, FL, Susan M. (Paul) Plastino of Tampa, FL and Lorraine (Ron) Stiers of Las Vegas, NV; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Christine Scotti; a brother, Joseph G. Scotti; and a sister, Josephine D’Amore. Funeral services and interment are private at the request of the family.
