Raymond J. Wesolowski, Jr.

Raymond J. Wesolowski Jr., of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2026, at the age of 61. He was born on November 1, 1964 in Philadelphia. He also resided in Coatesville and Levittown, Pennsylvania. He was the beloved son of Raymond J. Wesolowski, Sr and the late Mary Louise (Osborne).

Ray built a meaningful career in healthcare as a respiratory therapist. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Gwynedd- Mercy college through his dedication to education and service.

Ray was an athlete in his day, most notably, a marathon runner. His accomplishments were the New York, Boston, Chicago and Philadelphia marathons. He was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially his Philadelphia Eagles and a great lover of animals. There wasn’t a stray animal he wouldn’t help.

Ray is survived by his father Raymond J. Wesolowski, Sr., his sisters Amy Vance and Bethanne Wesolowski and his brother Adam Wesolowski (Kathryn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, Kyle Abele (Bobbi Jo), Zachary Abele, Grace Vance, Hannah Wesolowski, Ben Wesolowski, Lucy Wesolowski and one great nephew Nathaniel Abele.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 11am-12pm followed by a contemporary service at 12pm both held at the Hoffmann Meyers Givnish Funeral Home, 1770 Brown Ave. Bensalem, PA 19020.
