Richard F. Biart

Richard F. Biart passed away suddenly on Friday, June 3, 2016, at his residence in King of Prussia, PA. He was 34. Richard was self-employed in the automotive business, owning R & B Car Customs. He earned two Bachelor Degrees from Kean University and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Cabrini College, where he was the Alpha Delta Gamma President. Richard was passionate about cars and was an avid sports fan, especially wrestling, baseball and football. He especially liked the Miami Dolphins, Chicago Bulls and NY Mets. Richard always helped the less fortunate, and was always there for you even if he didn’t know you well. He was beloved by his entire family and all his friends, and will be greatly missed. Born in N. Bergen, NJ on June 17, 1981, he was a son of Lazaro Biart and Janette (Vega) Urbay and his beloved step-father, David Urbay. Also surviving is a brother, Darian J. Urbay of Allentown, PA; an aunt, Laura O’Reilly and her husband, Robert, who was an uncle, playmate and father figure; friend, Andrew Ostroff, a roommate and ‘brother’ for 17 years; and all his fraternal brothers from Cabrini College who brought him eternal joy. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Francisco and Maud Vega. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
